All deadlines are at 12:00 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All dates and deadlines are subject to change.
May 25 to June 24 | Apply online for August 2022 degree via myState - $50 fee |
June 1 | New freshmen and transfer student orientation |
June 2 | Classes begin |
June 6 | Last day to drop or add a course (3rd class day) |
June 6 | Last day to request undergraduate academic forgiveness (Last day to add a course) |
June 24 | Last day to apply for August 2022 degree via myState - $50 fee |
June 25 to July 22 | Late application for August 2022 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee |
June 29 to July 5 | Break for ten-week classes |
July 4 | Fourth of July Holiday – no classes scheduled |
July 6 | Classes resume |
July 18 | Last day to drop a course with a “W” grade (28th class day) 5:00 p.m. |
July 22 | Deadline to apply for August 2022 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee |
July 26 | Last day to withdraw from the semester (5 class days remaining) |
August 1 | Classes end |
August 2 | Reading Day (No mandatory class assignments, requirements, meetings) |
August 3 | Final Examinations (August 3, 4) |
August 4 | Last day for August 2022 degree applicants to pay account balance 3:00 p.m. |

Graduation (No Commencement Ceremony) August Graduates invited to attend December ceremony, no charge except regalia rental. |
*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
