All deadlines are at 12:00 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All dates and deadlines are subject to change.

Winter Session is a part of the Spring 2024 semester.
| January 3 | Last day to request undergraduate academic forgiveness (Last day to drop a course with a "W" grade) |
| December 11 | Classes begin |
| December 11 | Classes meet December 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27, 28, 29; January 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 |
| December 12 | Last day to drop or add a course without a grade (2nd class day). Please note that tuition charges will still apply. |
| December 21 | Classes do not meet December 21, 22, 25; January 1 |
| January 3 | Last day to drop a course with a “W” grade (14th class day) 5:00 p.m. |
| January 4 | Last day to withdraw from the semester (5 class days remaining) |
| January 10 | Classes end |
| January 11 | Reading Day (No mandatory class assignments, requirements, meetings) |
| January 12 | Final Examinations |
| January 16 | Final grades due 10:00 a.m. |
*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
