All deadlines are at 12:00 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All dates and deadlines are subject to change.

| July 1 to July 31 |
Late application for August 2023 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee Graduate students must be currently enrolled to apply for graduation. |
| July 6 | Classes begin |
| July 7 | Last day to drop (without a grade) or add a course (2nd class day) |
| July 7 | Last day to request undergraduate academic forgiveness (Last day to add a course) |
| July 25 | Last day to drop a course with a “W” grade (14th class day) 5:00 p.m. Please note that the tuition charges will still apply. |
| July 26 | Last day to withdraw from the Second Summer Term (5 class days remaining) |
| July 31 | Deadline to apply for August 2023 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee |
| August 1 | Classes end |
| August 2 | Reading Day (No mandatory class assignments, requirements, meetings) |
| August 3 to August 4 | Final Examinations |
| August 4 | Last day for August 2023 degree applicants to pay account balance 3:00 p.m. |

Graduation (No Commencement Ceremony) August graduates invited to attend December ceremony. No charge except regalia purchase/rental. |
*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
