|August 28 to October 20||Apply online via myState for December 2023 degree - $50 fee. Graduate students must be currently enrolled to apply for graduation for this semester.|
|October 5||Classes begin|
|October 9||Last day to drop or add a course (3rd class day).|
|October 12 to October 13||Fall Break – No Classes Scheduled (Dates Subject to Change)|
|October 20||Deadline to apply for May 2023 degree via myState with $50 fee|
|October 21 to November 27||Late December 2023 Degree Application via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late application fee|
|November 9||Last day to drop a course with a “W” grade (24th class day) 5:00 p.m. Please note that the tuition charges will still apply.|
|November 9||Last day to request undergraduate academic forgiveness (Last day to drop a course with a "W")|
|November 17||Last day to withdraw for Term Two (5 class days remaining)|
|November 22 to November 24||Thanksgiving holiday – no classes held.|
|November 27||Deadline (last day) to apply for December 2023 graduation via myState with $50 fee plus $100 late application fee|
|November 27 to November 28||Classes end: Monday/Wednesday Classes – November 27; Tuesday/Thursday Classes – November 28 (Final Exams given on last class day)|
|November 29||Deadline for graduate students receiving incomplete grades in a previous semester to submit the coursework|
|December 8||Last day for May 2023 degree applicants to pay account balance 3:00 p.m.|
|December 11||Final Grades Due 10:00 a.m.|
*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
