Enrollment Verification
Students may obtain enrollment verification information by logging in to their myState account, click on the “Banner” tab, and select either the National Student Clearinghouse Link or MSU Enrollment Verification under the “Enrollment Verification” tab.
This information is available to students on all campuses, as well as all off campus students at any time. If you need assistance obtaining an enrollment verification, you may call the Office of the Registrar at 662-325-2663 or email registrar@registrar.msstate.edu.
Degree Verification
Mississippi State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verification for potential employers. The National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at:

Letter of Good Standing
Students may obtain letter of good standing information by logging in to their myState account, click on the “Banner” tab, and select Letter of Good Standing under the “Enrollment Verification” tab.
This information is available to students on all campuses, as well as all off campus students at any time. If you need assistance obtaining a letter of good standing, you may call the Office of the Registrar at 662-325-2663 or email registrar@registrar.msstate.edu.
Good Student Discount
Students may obtain enrollment verification information by logging in to their myState account, click on the “Banner” tab, and select Good Student Discount under the “Enrollment Verification” tab.
This information is available to students on all campuses, as well as all off campus students at any time. If you need assistance obtaining a good student discount, you may call the Office of the Registrar at 662-325-2663 or email registrar@registrar.msstate.edu.
Loan Deferment
Students are eligible for in-school deferment automatically when enrolled in at lease half-time at an eligible college or career school. More information about In-School Deferments are available through Federal Student Aid. If you need to update your enrollment information, that can be done through StudentAid.gov.
