All deadlines are at 12:00 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All dates and deadlines are subject to change.
August 1 | Deadline for payment in full or enrollment in payment plan. Class schedules subject to cancelation if full payment not made or not enrolled in payment plan. |

August 25 to October 17 | Apply online via myState for December 2025 degree - $50 fee |

August 26 | Last day to drop a course without a grade (5th class day) 11:59 p.m. |
August 27 | Last day to register or add a course (6th class day) 5:00 p.m. Graduate students must be currently enrolled to apply for graduation. |
September 1 | Labor Day Holiday - no classes scheduled |
September 18 | Deadline for undergraduate students receiving incomplete grades in a previous semester to submit the coursework. (30 calendar days) |
October 1 | First progress grade reporting deadline (30th class day) |
October 9 to October 10 | Fall Break – no classes scheduled (subject to change) |
October 13 | Last day to drop a course with a W grade (36th class day) 5:00 p.m. Please note that the tuition charges will still apply. |
October 17 | Last day to apply for December 2025 degree via myState - $50 fee |
October 18 to November 25 | Late December 2025 degree application via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee. Graduate students must be currently enrolled to apply for graduation. |
October 20 to October 31 | Faculty advising for pre-registration (Some departments begin advising earlier) |
October 24 | Second progress grade reporting deadline (end of week 10) |
November 3 to November 14 | Pre-registration period for spring semester |

*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
