All deadlines are at 12:00 midnight unless otherwise stated.
All dates and deadlines are subject to change.
| May 30 to June 27 | Apply online for August 2025 degree via myState - $50 fee. Graduate students must be currently enrolled to apply for graduation. |
| June 3 | New freshmen and transfer student orientation |
| June 4 | Classes begin |
| June 6 | Last day to drop (without a grade) or add a course (3rd class day) |
| June 27 | Last day to apply for August 2025 degree via myState - $50 fee |
| June 28 to July 25 | Late application for August 2025 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee |
| July 1 to July 4 | Break for ten-week classes |
| July 4 | Fourth of July Holiday – no classes scheduled |
| July 7 | Classes resume |
| July 17 | Last day to drop a course with a “W” grade (28th class day) 5:00 p.m. Please note that the tuition charges will still apply. |
| July 25 | Deadline to apply for August 2025 degree via myState - $50 fee plus $100 late fee |
| July 25 | Last day to withdraw from the Ten Week Term (5 class days remaining) |
| July 31 | Classes end |
| August 1 | Reading Day (No mandatory class assignments, requirements, meetings) |
| August 4 to August 5 | Final Examinations |
| August 5 | Last day for August 2025 degree applicants to pay account balance 3:00 p.m. |
| August 6 | Final grades due 10:00 a.m. |
| August 6 | Undergraduate academic forgiveness unavailable due to end of term processing |
| August 7 | Last day for undergraduate August 2025 degree candidates to apply for academic forgiveness |

Graduation (No Commencement Ceremony) August graduates invited to attend December ceremony for no charge except regalia purchase. |
*Drop – If you are choosing to drop one or more classes from a specific *term while still staying enrolled in at least one course. Dropping a course will result in a grade of “W” and tuition plus additional fees will be charged.
*Withdrawal – If you are enrolled in a course/courses as of the first day of the *term and you decide not to attend, you are withdrawing from the term. A withdrawal will result in a grade of “W” and a percentage, if not all, tuition will
be owed depending on the effective withdrawal date.
*Term – Please be aware there are several parts of term for the summer. Maymester, 1st 5-weeks, 2nd 5-weeks, and the 10-week term are each considered individual terms.
